Tour price may include accommodations based on double occupancy, Domestic flight, ground transportation, meals, sightseeing and transfers as described; hotel taxes, entrance fees for in stand; the services of Angkor Civilization Travel & Tours ( ACT ); baggage handling and all necessary gratuities for porter, housekeepers, dinning room servers and local guides on sightseeing.

Airfare from your hometown to your gateway city; costs of passports and visa; personal expenses such as beverages, laundry, room service and meals not specified; excess baggage fees, communication charges, airport, port and departure taxes; gratuities to your Angkor Civilization Travel & Tours and bus driver(s), which are at your optional sightseeing excursions.

A deposit of 20% of the tour price per person is required upon confirmation of your booking (If this amount is less than US$100.00, a US$100.00 per person deposit will apply) once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Term and Conditions. Cancellations will be charged according to the period of cancellation to departure date, thought from confirmed and deposited date, which is mention below :

Please note that we will not charge the cost of any unused portion of your package tours, If any reason of ACT cancels your tour, you will receive a complete refund of all payments you have deposit to us.

You should familiarize yourself with any health and visa requirements. Though information will be mailed in the Pre-departure package, you are responsible for all entries, exits, health and other documents required by laws, regulation, orders, and demands requirements.

The liability of ACT is strictly limited. In no event will ACT be liable for amounts in excess of the amount payable to it in accordance to the terms hereunder, nor will it be liable for any consequential indirect incidental damages arising from this agreement.

ACT purchased transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other services form independent suppliers not under our control. We serve only as agents for these suppliers in securing tour arrangements, and therefore will not accept the responsibility liability for wrongful, negligent, arbitrary acts omissions of theirs independent contracts, their employees, agents, servants representatives, ACT is not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident delay that may be caused by event not thin our control, including without limitation, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, the defect of any vehicle, negligence of default of any third party. ACT reserves the right to correct errs in website pricing. We reserve the right to cancel an advertised tour, decline to accept a reservation remove person from a tour if it is determined by tour Direct to be in the best interest of the health, safety, and well-being of the other travelers.
